Our refund policy is based on Swedish legislation and consequently depends on whether you order our services as an individual consumer, or as a representative of a business.

Consumers

If you order our products as an individual consumer, you might request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Please note this right only applies as long as you haven't started to use our products and services. Since StreamSec is primarily selling licenses for software and library source code, you are considered to having started to use our products and services the moment you download any of the covered products from a registered user area.

All Customers

You should always expect the product and services to function as advertized. The terms of the limited warranty always apply. Notify us of any problem and we will do our best to fix it. If we fail to do so within a reasonable amount of time, you will be offered a refund.
